Card - happy birthday wishes... Again :)

Are you looking forward to the weekend? I am, and not just because it is a long weekend, but because I I have been working at double pace for the past 5 weeks while my boss has been on leave and no that she's back I feel so much more relaxed, not so bone-tired and ready to create!!!

Today I have this fun card for you, I am still working on my colouring and those dastardly flowers! So many of you crafty bloggers make flower placement look so effortless....!! The purple shades look a bit off now that I look at the photo - the colouring, card and flowers match much nicer in real life! (The background paper helps pull it all together)

Card recipe:
Card stock/paper: Kaisercraft, SU!, X-press it blending paper
Stamp: Art by Miran, sentiment by SU!
Colouring medium: copics
Other: doily (SU!), bling (Kaisercraft), flowers, buttons, circle dies

Tuesday Morning Sketches: #252 sketch

Papertake Weekly: anything goes (3 June)
Sister Act Card Challenge: #59 anything goes
Cute Card Thursday: #324 perfectly pink
Kit and Clowder: May challenge

Thanks for visiting x

  1. This is so pretty!! Such a sweet image and I love the flowers! (I hate it, too, when things don't look the same in the pic as in real life!!)
Thanks so much for playing along with us this week at Tuesday Morning Sketches!!

  2. This is gorgeous, beautiful colours, thanks for joining us at Art by Mi Ran. Joey x

  3. Colour-matching in photos...when I figure that one out I'll let you know. Probably not any time soon - I much prefer making things to taking pictures of them! I think your colouring is gorgeous (that HAIR!), as is your flower placement!! I'm so happy you came to play with us at Tuesday Morning Sketches - your card will be featured on our Facebook page today:

  4. Such a wonderful creation with great attention to detail. Love the colours and embellishments. All the elements work so well together. It is perfect for our seventh ‘ANYTHING GOES’ challenge. Thanks for sharing your talent with us. Good luck.
